Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the GoShop app and related services. GoShop connects buyers and sellers for the purchase and sale of physical goods.

2. Access, accounts and security

Access to the platform is free. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. GoShop may suspend or close an account in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Orders, delivery and payments

Payments are for physical goods only. Taxes and fees may depend on the delivery address. Sellers agree to comply with e-commerce rules, including:

• Accurate product descriptions
• Meeting announced timelines
• Communication with the buyer
• Providing tracking information when available

Delivery times vary by seller, carrier, and destination. GoShop is not a carrier; in case of delays or incidents, we can assist via support.

4. Fees, payouts and enforcement

GoShop charges a 5% commission on each sale made through the platform (excluding taxes and certain fees, depending on configuration). Payout processing is free and is generally completed within 24–48 hours (subject to checks, business days and payment providers). In case of violations, GoShop may:

• Reject or cancel a seller application
• Suspend a shop
• Freeze funds
• Cancel transactions
• Share required information with competent authorities

Enforcement may include legal action where permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The GoShop app, its design, logos and content are the property of GeGeek Inc. Sellers retain ownership of their content (photos, descriptions) but grant GoShop a license to display it on the platform.
